To promote the teaching of the Word of God to children and young people in Christadelphian Sunday Schools and family groups.

BASIS |
- The basis of the doctrine shall be in accordance with the Scriptures and as defined in the Birmingham Amended Statement of Faith, including the
Cooper-Carter Addendum.
|
|
ADMINISTRATION |

All Association activities shall be under the control of an Executive Committee which shall be responsible to the Ecclesias affiliated with the Association
and for the purpose of administration shall be appointed from those Adelaide Ecclesias who are affiliated with the Association.
- The
Executive Committee may set up other Sub-Committees for various areas of work as they see fit.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE |

The Executive Committee shall consist of two Brethren from each of the affiliated Adelaide Ecclesias in addition the President and the Secretary.

The President and the Secretary shall be recommended by the arranging Brethren of the affiliated Adelaide Ecclesias and endorsed by the majority of the
Ecclesias affiliated with the Association.
- Their appointment shall be for a period of two years with provision for re-appointment at the end of that
period.

Nominations for the office of President and Secretary shall be circulated to the affiliated Ecclesias (Adelaide) by 31st May and recommendations circulated to
all affiliated Ecclesias by 31st July in the year of the election.

Appointments shall take effect at the next meeting of the Executive Committee which shall be convened on or before 30th November of that year.

Other members of the Executive Committee will be appointed by their respective Ecclesias.

The Vice President and Treasurer shall be chosen by the Executive Committee from among the representatives appointed.

COMMITTEE MEETINGS |

Meetings of the Executive Committee shall be held as required with a minimum of three meetings each year, at intervals of no longer than five months apart.

Any Brother or Sister is welcome to attend meetings, but voting is limited to members of the Committee.

The President shall be chairman for all meetings; the Vice President shall act for the President in his absence.

The Secretary shall prepare minutes of each meeting which shall be confirmed at the next meeting.
- The Secretary shall also prepare an Annual Report as soon as
is practicable after the completion of each Sunday School year and before 31st January of the following year, and shall forward this report to each of the
affiliated Ecclesias.

All correspondence shall be tabled at the meetings; however, requests for
notes, etc., may be dealt with at the convenience of the Secretary.

The Treasurer shall keep accounts of all funds received and monies outlaid and present a statement at each ordinary meeting of the Executive Committee; a
copy of which shall be forwarded to the Adelaide affiliated Ecclesias.

The Treasurer shall prepare an Annual Statement for inclusion in the Annual Report to all affiliated Ecclesias.

The foregoing Constitution shall not be altered except by a majority interchange of thought followed by voting on the basis of one vote per affiliated school.
